What is your company return policy?
We have 14 days hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, just get in touch with us for full refund or exchange. All cards must be returned in new condition (unused and undamaged) with the receipt and packaging slip via mail.
If your card has been damaged on arrival, please get in touch with us within 14 days. We'll organize exchange or refund for the items as soon as we receive it back.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order anytime before your order is fulfilled and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the cancellation request will not be possible. To cancel your order before it’s dispatched, please get in touch with us and we’ll organize exchange or refund for the items.

Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?
You can change your shipping address anytime before your order is fulfilled and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, it will not be possible change your shipping address. To change your shipping address please get in touch with us before your order is dispatched.
